Last week BasicFit went live with 4me for both IT and Facility support for their head offices in the Netherlands, France, Spain, Belgium, and Luxembourg and for support of the more than 500 BasicFit clubs in France.
During the implementation, InfraVision developed integrations between 4me and the service management systems of six suppliers so that requests can be automatically routed to the right partners and the performance of everyone in the chain of services can be properly monitored.
In the next phase, all other clubs in the Netherlands, Spain, Belgium and Luxembourg will also be supported in this way.
