InfraVision is open about how we use your data. We will only share your personal data if on a justified base, and only with partners or other organizations that can be trusted. This means we have done research on the partners or other organization we work with, in order to keep your personal data safe. InfraVision acts as a data processor. In this data processor role, InfraVision addresses privacy principles as described in this policy.

We have drafted this Privacy policy in a comprehensible way in order to help you understand who we are, what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Keep in mind that personal data means any information or set of information from which we are able, directly or indirectly, to personally identify you.

 

When does this policy apply?

This privacy policy applies to all interactions we have with customers, suppliers and individual contacts of InfraVision B.V., InfraVision B.V.B.A. and InfraVision GmbH, all affiliates of InfraVision Group, further referred to as InfraVision. Examples of interactions are when you

  • subscribe to our newsletter 
  • contact our support desk 
  • purchase or use our products, systems, applications, or services
  • supply us your goods, products or services 
  • visit our website (www.infravision.com the “Site”) or other social media channels
  • make a connection with our WiFi 

What kind of data do we collect? 

Depending on the relationship we have with each other (e.g. customer, supplier) and the way we interact (e.g. online, offline, phone call ect.) the information that we process may differ. We may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you, such as, but not limited to your name, title, email address, (business) address, phone number, bank account number and or pictures or videos uploaded by you in our systems (only when you gave your consent to do so).

Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site.

This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze this kind of information.

Reason of processing 

We may process your data for different (business) purposes, such as, but not limited to, delivering support to you on the applications we delivered to you, contact you with our newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, inform you on projects, etc. InfraVision’s (main) purpose in gathering personal data is to be able to provide you in the best way with all the services described on the website.

Lawful processing 

In general InfraVision does not have a direct relationship with individual data subjects of its customers whose personal data is submitted by customers to the respective InfraVision Service. Generally InfraVision does not collect personal data on behalf of its customers. InfraVision does also not determine how the customers use such data. We only rectify, remove, add etc. personal data when it is requested by our customers.

By contract with our customers the processing or storage of personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation is prohibited

InfraVision recognizes the individual’s right based on GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and instructs individuals whose data is being processed by InfraVision to refer all requests concerning their data to the organization of the service that controls the data.

InfraVision is not entitled to share, sell, rent, or trade received data, unless based on a valid ground. The processed data may only be accessed by members of InfraVision with the expressed permission of the customer and then only for the purpose of supporting the customer, implementing the service, diagnosing technical problems with the service, or monitoring the technical quality of the service.

Do we use data form children? 

We do not intentionally collect data from children under the age of 16. 

Identification 

When a data subject asks InfraVision for his Personal Information, we shall most likely have to send your request to the data controller first, who will finalize your request. InfraVision cannot give you the requested information without a copy of an ID, passport or another official identification document. We have to make sure that you are, who you say you are. Your privacy and safety is our number one priority. Documents used for identification purposes will be removed from our systems when a requested procedure is closed and you will receive a confirmation by email.

Usually there is no direct agreement between InfraVision and the data subject. Therefore we cannot give the data subject requested information without consent of the data controller.

Retention periods 

We will not store your data longer than necessary. If a legal retention period exists, we have to store your personal data for as long as the law dictates. Removal of data will be done with great care.

Security 

All provided personal data is protected with appropriate security measures. InfraVision maintains appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to help protect the confidentiality and integrity of the data, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. InfraVision is not responsible for any interception, change or loss of customer data. 

Cookies 

Cookies are small files which are stored on a user’s computer or other device. They are designed to hold a modest amount of data specific to a particular person and the website to make the visit to a website more convenient.

Like many sites, we use “cookies” to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies, or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Site.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 30 March 2018 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page. We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. 

Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy. If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you either through the email address you have provided us, or by placing a prominent notice on our website.
