In the third quarter of 2020, Ordina Belgium made the strategic decision to choose 4me as their preferred application to support their customers as well as their employees.
Wim Beauprez, Practice Manager Service Experience & Excellence, stated:
“We have carefully assessed many IT service management tools and were unanimous in our choice for 4me and InfraVision as partner. We are absolutely convinced 4me will help us achieve our ambitions in terms of customer experience and service integration.
“Starting the implementation in early November, both the teams from Ordina and InfraVision worked hard on implementing 4me for internal IT and for onboarding the first customers. Integrations with SAP SuccessFactors and other applications were part of the project.
