Yesterday, a large pension fund in the south of The Netherlands with thousands of affiliated employers and more than one million participants went live with 4me as their preferred Service Management solution. The decision to choose 4me was only made 5 weeks ago. In close partnership with a highly professional team of this customer, we were able to implement the solution for request management, change management, knowledge management and self service in this short period of time.
