Lineas live with quality management in 4me

Lineas is one of the largest private rail freight operators in Europe with headquarters in Brussels Belgium and sites in several other European countries. It’s the vision of the company to offer such superior rail products and services that customers shift the transport of their goods from road to rail while decreasing their negative impact on mobility, climate and air pollution.

Originally Lineas was a division and then a subsidiary of NMBS/SNCB.

Later it was privatized, after which Lineas started using 4me as their ICT Service Desk for mainly incident management.

Having seen the possibilities and flexibility of 4me,  Lineas also started using 4me for their facilities department.

Being able to support multiple types of workflow, Kim De Bock, IT project manager at Lineas, saw the possibility to use 4me for streamlining the Quality Management process as well: a pilot was started last summer which proved to be successful.

We, at InfraVision, are very proud that we have been able to support Lineas and are happy that another 150 Lineas collaborators will start using 4me in their daily activities on a regular basis.
