GKN Aerospace makes next step in using 4me for IT Support and HR

by | Dec 9, 2020

In the last two weeks GKN Aerospace continued their global roll-out of 4me and went live with this Enterprise Service Management solution in both the US and The Netherlands to support their employees in these region’s for all IT and HR related matters.

In September the UK already started using 4me as a first step to a global rollout, using the first version of a global service catalog, Incident & Request Management, Configuration Management and Knowledge Management.

“Next stop in a global rollout: Sweden.”

We will now continue to rollout 4me within all sites in Sweden.

A big ‘thank you’ to the team of GKN Aerospace for making this a success while still working remotely.
