About the position
The change coordinator / support employee will work within our Customer Care Center. You are responsible for coordinating the Requests for Change (RfC’s) that we receive and in that capacity you are a “spider in the web” for the communication towards our customers and your colleagues. You work closely together with others in our organization, but can also work independently.
You have an eye for things you think can be improved and are not afraid to voice your opinion. You have a strong character and can cope well with time pressure and high expectations.
- HBO work and thinking level, preferably service management or business administration
- Knowledge of ITIL and service management
- Two to three years of experience as ICT support employee
- Structured and analytical
- Team player but also independent
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages
- Inquisitive where knowledge is lacking
- Enthusiastic and inventive
